It all started because Kathy loves to cook. She grew up learning to cook with her grandmother and mother and she always says “It starts with grandma’s dough.” Beyond making her famous bierock’s Kathy loves to play with flavors and create new twists on old dishes and creating all new dishes. Kathy also creates a variety of gourmet fudges and candies that we make available.

Rusty started smoking meat in 2005 with a wood chip smoker box for his grill. He developed a love of wood smokers and creating his own rubs and techniques.

With the encouragement of family and friends we began catering small private events combining our talents. We have expanded into larger events having catered several weddings and events, as well as, participating in local festivals.
